Staff changes are happening at The Washington Post. Reporter Abigail Hauslohner is relocating to the main office in Washington and will cover transportation and development for the local desk. She previously served as the bureau chief for the paper’s Cairo bureau since 2012.

Additionally, associate editor Rajiv Chandrasekaran will exit to create a media company that will partner with Starbucks. He became an associate editor in January 2009. Prior to this, Chandrasekaran served as the national editor from July 2007 to December 2008. He joined the paper in 1994.
