The New York Times Names SVPs Of Advertising

The New York Times has named Sebastian Tomich as  senior vice president for advertising and innovation. He joined The Times in September 2013 as vice president for advertising. Previously, he served as the Eastern advertising director at Forbes. Tomich will continue to lead the T Brand Studio, NYT’s content marketing arm. Additionally, Brendan Coolidge Monaghan was named senior vice president for advertising and will retain his current role as publisher of T: The New York Times Style Magazine covering the luxury, CPG and liquor categories. Prior to joining The Times in 2013, Monaghan was the associate publisher of GQ magazine. Lastly, J.C. Demarta was named senior vice president for global advertising and will continue to manage the International New York Times and sales teams in Europe, Middle East and Asia. Demarta most recently served as the vice president for global advertising. He joined The Times in 1999 as an advertising director. Follow The New York Times on Twitter for the latest news updates.
