Alex Prewitt To Depart Washington Post for Sports Illustrated
Alex Prewitt will soon depart his role as a sports reporter for The Washington Post to head to Sports Illustrated, where he will serve as a staff writer covering professional hockey and the NHL. Prewitt has been with The Washington Post since August 2012. He most recently covered the Washington Capitals for the paper, and had covered Maryland college football and basketball before that. For the latest sports coverage, check out SI on YouTube.
Welp, since the news is out there, here goes: After three incredible years at the Post, I'm off to cover the NHL for Sports Illustrated.
