Wall Street Journal Beefs Up D.C. Staff
The Wall Street Journal recently announced a number of new hires or transfers of existing staff to its bureau in Washington, D.C., including:
- Erica Orden, who is now covering politics there after four years with the main newsroom.
- Brett Forrest, formerly of ESPN Magazine, who will now cover national security.
- Del Wilber, who previously was with the Los Angeles Times’ Washington, D.C., bureau and will now cover the justice system.
- Sarah Chacko, who is now a producer covering central banks and financial regulation after more than a year as a senior healthcare reporter for The Hill Extra.
