CisionScoop: Jada Gomez-Lacayo will join Bustle as executive editor on July 9. She is currently the deputy editor at Interactive One and manages daily flow of editorial coverage for Interactive One's digital entertainment and pop culture brand. Gomez-Lacayo has previously worked at Latina and StyleBlazer.com, among other outlets.

CisionScoopKPNX-TV, the NBC network affiliate for the Phoenix market, has hired Michael Doudna as political reporter. Doudna comes from WSFA-TV in Alabama, where he spent the last three years in the same capacity. Prior to that, he was anchor/reporter at KOMU-TV in Missouri. 

CNBC Make It has brought on Megan Leonhardt as senior money reporter. Leonhardt was previously a reporter for Money magazine, where she spent almost two years covering consumer protection issues and financial policy. Prior to that, she worked for Penton Media as senior editor for WealthManagement.com 

Anuj Gangahar has been named Europe banking and investing editor at The Wall Street Journal London bureau. In addition to the banking beat, he will continue to oversee coverage of hedge funds, asset management, deals and private equity. Gangahar was previously the European investing editor and joined the Journal in 2014. Prior to that, he spent two years at Euromoney as Asia editor. h/t Talking Biz News

Brian Croce has joined Pensions & Investments as a reporter based in Washington, D.C. He covers legal and regulatory issues relating to defined contribution plans. Groce was previously on staff with Hanley Wood, and prior to that worked as an editor at Herald Community Newspapers.

After seven years at Crain's Chicago Business, reporter Kristen Schorsch has left the publication. She covered the health care beat. Schorsch is now a politics reporter for WBEZ-FM, covering Cook County, Illinois, politics and government. Prior to Crain's, Schorsch spent several years as a metro reporter for the Chicago Tribune. 

Reuters has parted ways with digital editor Andrew Seaman. He joined the news service in 2011 as medical journalist, and was promoted to digital editor in 2017. Prior to that, he worked as a national desk freelancer for USA Today.  

Tevin Wooten has joined The Weather Channel as on-camera meteorologist. He was previously a weather production and on-camera meteorologist intern at The Weather Channel, and also served as a weekday weather-anchor for Florida State University’s weather show, FSU Weather. 

Mississippi Today has named Ryan L. Nave editor in chief.  He is an original member of the magazine's editorial team and has been news editor since August 2016. Prior to that, he was a news editor for the Jackson Free Press, and has also worked as a freelance business and government writer.
