As the head of the Cision Insights Americas division, Chelsea oversees a team of 200 analysts in the delivery of custom reporting and research-based consulting. The work of the Cision Insights team fuels the world's most admired organizations with the interpretive analysis, actionable insights and strategic guidance they need to set objectives, develop strategies and tactics, and measure success – over time, versus competitors and light of best practice.
Chelsea has been working in the communications research field since 2005. Prior to her role leading Cision Insights, Chelsea oversaw client service and strategy for PRIME Research US, where she partnered with the CEO on regional growth strategies, oversaw global and domestic client relationships and advised product development teams to drive customer-led innovation. During her tenure at PRIME, Chelsea also launched and directed a strategic research partnership with a top Global PR Agency, where she provided in-house, third-party measurement and consulting to the firm’s top customers. Her work as a research practitioner and senior consultant has been recognized with awards from PRNews, The Holmes Report’s SABRE Awards, and by the IPR for Excellence in PR Measurement.
Chelsea is a member of the Measurement Commission at the Institute of Public Relations, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from The University of Michigan.
