CNN has added three political analysts to its roster of contributors at the network’s New York bureau:

·         New York Times reporter Caitlin Dickerson has become a contributing analyst for CNN. She has covered immigration for The Times since 2016 and before that worked for NPR.

·         New York Times reporter Astead Herndon has also joined CNN as contributing analyst. He also covers national politics foe The Times and has previously worked for the Boston Globe.

·         Sabrina Siddiqui has joined as contributing analyst. She is also a White House correspondent for the Guardian and has previously worked for HuffPost and Bloomberg News.

Mona Kosar Abdi has joined ABC News as reporter based in Washington, D.C. Prior to that, she was a weekend anchor/multimedia journalist at WEWS-TV in Cleveland. She has also previously worked for WSET-TV in Lynchburg, Virginia, Al Jazeera, and KGTV-TV in San Diego.

The Wall Street Journal in London will welcome Julie Steinberg as a finance reporter in May. She will cover the investors and institutions behind the biggest financial bets in the world. She will relocate to the London bureau from the Asia finance team in Hong Kong, where she has worked since 2015. Before that, she was a banking reporter out of the Journal’s New York bureau.  The Journal in London has also named Paul Davies senior markets reporter covering the financial markets. Davis has been WSJ’ Heart on the Street writer for the past five years and before that worked for the Financial Times.

Dylan Thomas has joined the Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal as a reporter covering residential real estate, home building transportation, and manufacturing. He was previously the editor of the Southwest Journal, a biweekly community newspaper in southwest Minneapolis, and its sister publication of the now-defunct The Journal.

Spectrum News NY1 has hired Jillian Jorgensen is an education reporter. He comes from the New York Daily News where he spent the last two years as the City Hall bureau chief. Before that he had a brief stint at amNewYork as features manager for food and drink, and spent two years at the New York Observer as senior politics editor prior to that.

Emily Sullivan is the new City Hall reporter for WYPR-FM the NPR station in Baltimore, Maryland. She most recently worked for NPR as a reporter, where she reported and produced digital pieces, newscast spots and feature-length pieces for NPR as a member of the breaking news team.

WNEW-FM radio in New York has trapped John Mingione as a morning host of “The Karen Carson in the Morning” alongside Karen Carson and producer Anthony Malerba. He spent the last three years at WPLJ-FM as a host, and before that he had a run at Cox Media’s Top 40 WBLI-FM and sister rock station WBAB-FM.
