After three years at The Daily Caller, Saagar Enjeti has joined The Hill and The Hill TV as chief Washington correspondent and host. He reports on news from The White House, Congress, and the 2020 election. Enjeti most recently served as a White House correspondent for the Daily Caller and before that reported from The Pentagon as foreign affairs correspondent for The Daily Caller News Foundation.
Barron’s has hired Eric Savitz as an associate editor at Barron's Palo Alto, California bureau covering technology, investing and Silicon Valley. He comes from Weeden Prime Services where he spent the last three years as managing director. Before that he was a managing partner at Greenwich Prime Trading Group for almost two decades.
The New York Times as welcomed two journalists to its Politics team to cover the 2020 presidential race and other campaigns:
· Reid Epstein has joined the staff in Washington, D.C., as a reporter. He comes from The Wall Street Journal and spent the last five years on the politics beat. Before that, he covered The White House for Politico and spent five years at Newsday before that.
· Katie Glueck has joined the staff in Washington, D.C., as a reporter. She was previously with McClatchy and before that spent five years at Politico. She has also reported for The Austin American-Statesman and The Wall Street Journal.
Adam Beam has moved to the Sacramento bureau of the Associated Press as a statehouse reporter. He was previously a statehouse corresponded for the AP out of Frankfort, Kentucky, and before that spent nine years at The State in South Carolina as a reporter.
CNN in Washington, D.C., has recruited Brian Fung as a reporter covering tech, business and policy. He has most recently covered business for The Washington Post and his work has also appeared in the National Journal where he was a technology correspondent, and The Atlantic, where he served as an associate editor.
Radio.com has welcomed Eli Hershkovich is a producer and sports gambling analyst. He comes from Entercom sports/talk radio WSCR-AM and previously was an assistant producer at Entercom all-news WBBM. Radio.com is a website that covers music, sports, news and more, and also features a digital player and app streaming of Entercom stations.
Dee Garcia is the new AM drive talent and co-Host for “The Niko Show” on KOOL-FM in Phoenix, Arizona. She comes after spending two years at KMVA-FM in Phoenix as a morning host, and before that worked for Riviera Broadcasting.
D CEO has hired Ernie Cote as publisher. He oversees advertising and marketing operations for the magazine and its news site, as well as online verticals D CEO Healthcare and D CEO Real Estate, plus the Dallas 500, D Real Estate Annual, and other publications. Cote was previously CEO of the Dallas-based ChemicalInfo, a trade publishing company and provider of online databases for chemical and pharmaceutical companies.
