Morgan Frey has joined S&P Global Market Intelligence as a reporter covering the intersection of healthcare and technology, with a focus on smallcap and midcap biopharma companies. She was most recently a graduate assistant at WUGA-FM, the public radio station in Athens, Georgia.
The Tennessean has welcomed Cassandra Stephenson as a business reporter. She was previously a breaking news and justice reporter for the Jackson Sun, part of the USA TODAY Network. Before that, Stephenson spent almost two years with Pepperdine Graphic Media.
Andres R. Martinez is a new senior editor for The Wall Street Journal and also runs the internship program. He spent the past four years as the Buenos Aires bureau chief of Bloomberg News and oversaw coverage of Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay. He had been on staff with the news service since 2007.
KLTA-FM radio in Fargo, North Dakota, has signed Gordon Hultengren as executive producer/co-host of the "Jesse & Amanda Morning Show,' which has been renamed to "Jesse & Amanda With Gordo Show." Hultengren comes from iHeart Media in Seattle, where he was most recently producing and on the air with the Carla Marie & Anthony Show MARIE & ANTHONY morning show on KBKS-FM.
WTMJ-TV, the NBC affiliate in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, has added new duties to a couple of its veteran staff:
Keith “KC” Conner has joined WDTV-TV, the CBS station in Clarksburg/Bridgeport, West Virginia, as news director. He comes from WNWO-TV in Toledo, Ohioe, where he spent two years as managing editor. Conner has also worked as assignment editor for WLWT-TV in Cincinnati, Ohio, and as news director for WOAY-TV in Oak Hill, West Virginia.
