David Tovar is the Vice President of U.S. Communications for McDonald’s USA. In this role, he oversees strategic internal and external communications efforts to support business growth. This work includes oversight of franchisee, executive and employee communications; proactive reputation-building efforts and issues management; legislative outreach and engagement; and large-scale public relations campaign execution. Prior to McDonald's, David serviced as Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications for Sprint. He joined Sprint in 2015 after eight years serving numerous communications roles at Walmart.

Rebecca Dersh is the Head of Public Relations for Cision in Austin, TX. She previously worked at agencies Konnect and Wolff Olins, where she managed marketing and public relations for a variety of clients in industries ranging from non-profit to tech.
