Media Moves at Fox Nation & LA Times, New Correspondent at NowThis

Megyn Kelly officially departed from Megyn Kelly TODAY and NBC Television Network. She left the network earlier than the terms of her contract, and there is no word, so far, on where she is heading next. Kelly came to NBC from FOX, where she hosted her own show, The Kelly File, there. 

FOX Nation, FOX's community and social networking platform, gained two new hosts for their online programming. Gregg Jarrett joins to host The Russia Hoax. He comes from FOX News Channel, where he was an anchor. Jarrett's show will provide in-depth analysis into the FBI investigation concerning the Trump campaign and Russia. Brian Kilmeade is also hosting a show, What Made America Great, on the site. He is currently a host on the FOX network's FOX & Friends, and will continue to do so.

Nikole Killion, formerly a Hearst Television correspondent for the last ten years, has moved to CBS Newspath as a Correspondent for the Washington, D.C. Bureau. Killion’s reporting will be featured on local news broadcasts across more than 200 CBS affiliates nationwide, and will be seen on CBS News broadcasts and platforms.

The Los Angeles Times brought on Ashley Lee as an entertainment reporter and critic, focusing on Broadway and film. Lee was most recently the Associate Editor for The Hollywood Reporter.

Jaboukie Young-White, a comedian, writer and filmmaker, joined The Daily Show with Trevor Noah on Comedy Central as a correspondent. Young-White is also a writer for the Netflix series American Vandal and Big Mouth.

South Florida Business Journal hired Ashley Portero as its money reporter. The journal is published in three regional editions covering Miami-Dade and Palm Beach. It examines finance, real estate, manufacturing, tourism, international trade and government actions affecting the business community. h/t Talking Biz News

Dan Lieberman moved to the online magazine NowThis, covering enterprise as a senior correspondent. Lieberman was previously a digital correspondent for CNN, as well as a Producer for ABC's Nightline. 

Cable network RT America welcomes anchor Rick Sanchez from Miami. Sanchez is hosting a 7pm news show, The News with Rick Sanchez, for the network. In the past, Sanchez had anchored for CNN, MSNBC, Fox News Channel, Fox News Latino, and Mundo Fox.

Following the departure of anchor Jessica Dean from CBS affiliate in Philadelphia, KYW-TV, the station has found a replacement in Jessica Kartalija. She previously anchored for WJZ-TV in Baltimore, KOB-TV in Albuquerque, and KYMA-TV in Yuma, Arizona. 

ABC New Haven, Connecticut affiliate WTNH-TV promoted its former assistant news director to the lead in the newsroom. Chuck Carter comes from WTFX-TV, where he was an executive producer. His official start date for WTNH-TV is Nov. 5. 

Danni Santana joins the Skift Table blog to cover the restaurant business and restaurant chains as a reporter. Santana was previously the associate editor for Digital Insurance. h/t Talking Biz News
