Show Me The Value: Our Latest CisionPoint Release

Putting the customer first has always been a priority at Cision. In recent months we’ve talked to quite a few customers—asked for their feedback on products and services, discussed their pain points in the world of PR, and listened to what they would like to see from their software solution. Then we donned our industry expert hats and thought about how we could solve some of our customers’ problems. Cue our latest release:
- Organization and measurement help brands to become more efficient and understand ROI. So we’ve created the ability for users to automate the ways in which they organize their media coverage through auto-tagging. Clients can set up their rules, sit back and enjoy their proactive behavior. How great is that?
- We’re also introducing new Monitoring Reports for clients. Each are designed to meet a different need but all provide the most relevant metrics and are perfect for sharing with colleagues, management or clients. The new reports highlight successful media types and are automatically generated, making it easy to keep track of incoming coverage.
- If that isn’t enough, we are expanding our product offerings and granting Cision clients unprecedented access to HARO Premium and PRWeb. Both of these products allow clients to connect with relevant contacts and reach new audiences that will help power their messages.
It’s been an exciting time rolling out this release and we can’t wait to hear what our clients think about the new enhancements. We’ll continue to talk and listen to the people who use our platform and know our industry best—so we can continue implementing the best solutions for your story.
