Nadia Damouni has exited Reuters to join PR powerhouse Edelman as senior vice president of financial communications and special situations. She was just named team leader for mergers and acquisitions in March, in addition to serving as corporate board correspondent. Damouni joined Reuters in September 2010 as a correspondent for mergers and acquisitions following four years with dealReporter.
In other Reuters news, Jennifer Saba will move to the news service’s Breakingviews team, which provides financial insights and commentary for subscribers. Saba previously served as Reuters’ media industry correspondent, and will continue to comment on the media industry, as well as the tech and finance industries.
