The Wall Street Journal has announced several changes to its Hong Kong bureau. Troy McCullough has been promoted to Asia news editor, overseeing the World News desk, the Asia Real-Time desk and the WSJ Asia print edition; he previously served as editor for World News. Former Asia Real-Time editor David Crawshaw will move to the paper’s New York office in an unspecified role, and has been replaced by Thomas Derpinghaus. Derpinghaus was most recently deputy editor on the Real-Time desk, a position now filled by Anne Pallivathuckal.
