Movement at NYT

The New York Times is shuffling the assignment deck with role/bureau changes. Tech correspondent Mike Issac, based in NYC since 2014, will head to San Francisco next month to cover social media giants Facebook and Twitter. Conor Dougherty, also based in San Francisco, will shift from covering Google to focus on the economy of the tech industry. Looking further ahead, international business editor Adrienne Carter will head to London this spring, continuing her role as international business editor. Finally, Tim Race, European business editor for the past four years, has begun winding down his role there while looking ahead to a return to New York this summer. Be there when the conversation begins by following on Twitter.
