Following American Media INC’s acquisition of Us Weekly  from Wenner Media, the magazine has made a few updates to their masthead.

  • James Heidenry has been named new editor in chief.
  • Michael Steele, previously editor in chief, is no longer with the company.
  • Jaimee Zanzinger, previously editorial director, is no longer with the company.
  • April Bernard, previously deputy editor, is no longer with the company.
  • Justin Ravitz, previously online executive editor, is no longer with the company.
  • Victor Thompson, previously design director, is no longer with the company.
  • Ian Drew, previously entertainment director, is no longer with the company.
  • Rachel Chang, previously senior editor, is no longer with the company. She will continue to freelance.
  • John Griffiths, previously television critic, is no longer with the company.
