New York Magazine’s Grub Street Grabs Mark Bittman
Mark Bittman has joined New York magazine’s food vertical, Grub Street, as a columnist contributing weekly recipe videos, twice-monthly cooking columns, and monthly news columns covering food policy and politics. He will also contribute occasional features for New York magazine. Bittman previously spent five years writing about food policies and politics for The New York Times but stepped away to join a food startup. To keep up with his columns and other food news, follow Grub Street on Twitter.
Big, fabulous news: I've joined @nymag and @grubstreet as a columnist. When I began talking with the people there, I said, basically, "I want to write about cooking again, daily cooking, the kind of thing I think I do best, and I want a place to rant about food, justice, and the future of humans." As of today, they've given me that. Let's see what happens! Link to more in profile.
