Food will be provided by Austin's own Kila Wasi; Chef Kati Luedecke infuses modern Peruvian Cuisine and Central Texas ingredients. 


Cocktails will be provided by Sourced Craft Cocktails brings the cocktail bar to you & work to create custom cocktails that help tell a story behind the event, so that each event becomes a memorable experience.

Shannon Pleasant, VP of Corporate Digital Marketing, Renesas Electronics Corporation

Shannon Pleasant is the vice president of corporate digital marketing at Renesas where she is responsible for a global team implementing demand generation, channel marketing, community building, web initiatives and events. She joined Renesas, a $7 billion global semiconductor company, in 2016 when it acquired US-based Intersil, where she was responsible for global marcom as the vice president of corporate communications from 2013 to 2016. She joined Intersil from Silicon Labs, an Austin-based technology company, where she was the vice president of corporate communications and was responsible for the company's communications and global marcom strategy from 2002 until 2013. Prior to joining Silicon Labs, Shannon was the marcom and corporate communications director at Genband, a telecommunications equipment maker, and she was the director of research at In-Stat, a semiconductor market research company. Shannon has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Pepperdine and an MBA from Thunderbird.



Amy Hawthorne, Vice President of Marketing, iland Colud

Amy Hawthorne serves as iland’s Vice President of Marketing and is responsible for driving global marketing strategy and execution. She is responsible for all aspects of marketing, including marketing communications, product marketing, demand generation, and channel marketing.


Ms. Hawthorne is an accomplished marketing leader having held leadership roles at technology companies like Phunware, a mobile app platform company, and Rackspace, home of Fanatical Support. She has an extensive background in B2B Marketing bringing 15+ years of experience in go-to-market strategy development, messaging and positioning and revenue-driving demand generation. She has been named a Top 10 Marketer in Austin, Texas and a mentor to up and coming B2B marketers. In addition to her passion for marketing, she serves on the Board of Directors for Art From the Streets, an organization helping homeless artists get back on their feet.


Ms. Hawthorne holds a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Marketing from Texas State University



Carolyn Connolly, Group Creative Director, T3

Carolyn has more than 20 years of experience in creative direction, strategic leadership and innovation while calling T3 her agency home since 2003.


In 2011, she helped pitch and win Allstate and she has led the charge to expand that client relationship ever since. Carolyn and her teams have helped Allstate evolve its website, digital experiences and social campaigns in that time. That work has been recognized with honors from OMMA, the American Advertising Awards, Shorty Awards, as well as a Google case study. Carolyn’s client experience also includes JP Morgan Chase, Marriott, Marimekko, Ritz-Carlton, HBO and MTV.


Carolyn takes an active role in shaping T3’s corporate culture and has attended the 3% Conference in New York for the past two years. As our resident connoisseur of the SXSW Music Festival, her passion for catching new artists has remained strong for 20 years and counting.



Amy Bills, Research Director, Customer Engagement, SiriusDecisions

Amy Bills is research director for customer engagement strategies at SiriusDecisions, the research and advisory company focused on guiding product, marketing and sales leaders to drive intelligent growth for their b-to-b organizations. She has held senior marketing roles in innovative b-to-b technology organizations as well as b-to-b marketing agency leadership roles. As she states on her Twitter bio, Amy firmly believes in marketing as science (with a little art).


Amy was previously director of customer marketing at Blackbaud, the world's leading cloud software provider for nonprofits and the social good ecosystem, where she drove strategy and execution of upsell and cross-sell initiatives and originated an award-winning advocate marketing program. She was director of partner marketing for leading marketing automation company Eloqua, which was subsequently acquired by Oracle; and VP of Marketing for Austin-based marketing agency Bulldog Solutions. She also held marketing and editorial roles at Freescale Semiconductor; and Hoover's Online, now D&B Hoovers.


Amy graduated from the University of Pennsylvania. She is a native New Yorker transplanted 20 years ago to Austin.



Jenn Deering Davis, Co-founder and VP of Customer Experience at Union Metrics

Jenn Deering Davis is responsible for ensuring a consistent and excellent experience for Union Metrics customers. She holds a Ph.D. in Organizational Communication from the University of Texas at Austin and has more than 15 years of experience in corporate communications and social media, spending her career turning data into stories and helping stakeholders understand new technology. 



Erica Lanyon, VP of Marketing at SourceDay

Erica has a track history of juggling multiple priorities and evaluating situations from every possible angle. She excels at developing and executing strategic marketing plans that result in substantial revenue growth and building brand reputation.


Erica has been both a marketing consultant and a corporate marketing leader for most of her career, enabling her to identify the right prospects in the right markets and engage with them along the customer-buying journey. She has a knack for building marketing departments from the ground up and transforming them into accountable, revenue-generating centers of excellence.


Erica holds a B.F.A. from the University of Texas at Austin and a Masters of Arts from St. Edwards University.



Lindsay Duran, Director of Sales, Zilliant

Lindsay Duran has spent the past decade in various marketing, product and sales roles in the B2B software industry. She currently works as a sales director for Zilliant, a B2B software and data science company, selling pricing and sales solutions to c-level executives at large B2B manufacturing and distribution companies. She previously served as director of marketing at Zilliant for 4 years. Prior to Zilliant, she worked in Human Capital at Deloitte and at D&B in product marketing and product management. She earned her MBA from UT's McComb's School of Business in 2009 and a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations at UT in 2004. She is also a founding board member of Club Blue of the Austin Area, a young professional’s organization that volunteers and raises funds for the Boys and Girls Clubs of the Austin Area.
